Rubber conveyor belt splicing joint vulcanizing press machine is used to joint various kinds of rubber conveyor belt.

Fabric core/layer conveyor belt, steel core conveyor belt, flame retardant conveyor belt etc.

Direction for use

1.Rubber conveyor belt joint machine size range: from 300MM-6000MM;
2.Belt joint machine voltage: 220V 380V 415V 660V 50HZ;
3.Conveyor belt hot splicing press fast cooling time: 15 minutes (from 145 degrees down to 70 degrees or less).

4.Time for temperature raise (from normal temperature to vulcanizing temperature) no more than 25 minutes;
5.The temperature difference of sulfide surface: ±2°c.
6.Temperature adjustment range: 0~300°c.

1. The control box of our belt joint machine is simple structure with protective cover. It's easy to use.
Just plug the ecectric wire and thermal couple/temperature probe into the relevant socket.
Another end plug into heating platen of the machine.
The temperature already been adjust and set well before leave factory.
Users can adjust the temperature very easy by turning the adjusting turning knob.
The temperature adjuster adopt China most famous brand CHNT.
So the quality is reliable while the accuracy is assured.

2. Qingdao Steady Machinery's rubber belt joint machine's rubber bag pressure adding technology is first developed by our factory in China. Our technology is mature. The rubber bag with reinforced fabrics inside the rubber, so it's as strong as conveyor belt.

It's advantage is light weight, and seal tight, there's no water leakage after time and again use for years.

3.The flexible heating element also called heating blanket. It's we developed on the base of heating band. The flexible heating element inside the heating wires are like steel net. So thetemperature is very even on the whole surface.The temperature evenness on the whole plate is within 3℃.

If customers want to use tradition heating band as heating element, it's also available.

4.Our rubber conveyor belt splicing joint machine adopts three cylinder plunger pumper, motor directly drives the coupling. The medium
can be water or hydraulic oil. The pump Model QL-280 can be applied to all the joint press model.
The pump is compact structure, small size, work reliable, easy to move. It reduce much labor force.
The pump equipped with fast coupling pipe joint, prevent rubber pipe twisting. It's easy operate, and easy install and uninstall.
