PIN-BARREL COLD FEED RUBBER EXTRUDER
1 Different extrusion heads are applied to extrude various half-finished rubber products.Available in Straight head, Tread head, Cross head, Strip Extrusion head and Strainer head.
2 The barrel is composed of several zones. In the feeding zong, the spiral slots work with the side rolls to enhance feeding capability. In the plastication and extrusion zones,different numbers of pins are fitted.The barrel is of the dual metal structure and bored circumferentially.
3 The screw material adopts 38CrMOALA alloy steel, after quenching and tempering, shaping, qualitative, precision grinding, surface nitriding spray bimetal, polishing, etc., with the feature of high precision, high corrosion preventive, high wear resistant. The screw service life is double prolonged.

4 The gears in the reducer are made of alloy steel,the teeth are very hard.
Gearbox with hollow output shaft for screw cooling though Rotary Joint.
5 Heating and cooling system:die heater(mold temperature controler).
6 Constant Speed or Variable speed drive as per specific requirement.
Motor: frequency speed control motor or DC motor.
7 The advantages of the machine include better plastication result,higher extrusion capability,lower temperature of the outgoing rubber and smooth working, easy operation and maintenance.
8 It’s widely used in extruding rubber hose, rubber tubes, rubber sheet, inner liner, seals, wire cable, sheath, tire tread, tire side wall, also be used to supply rubber for small size calender.
