The working principle of a steel wire weaving machine is to drive the machine head through an electric motor to achieve interval forward and reverse rotation, and the winding part is laid out. The traction machine pulls the core to move in a straight line. By adjusting the continuously variable transmission to match the traction speed with the spindle speed, the steel wire bundle is wound on the rubber tube at a certain angle to achieve winding.

The winding part of the steel wire weaving machine mainly consists of the head part, winding part, mouth shape part, traction device, transmission system, and electrical and automatic control parts.

The winding part is mainly fixed on the machine head, and there are spindle shafts installed on the front and back sides of the winding disc. The steel wire spindle is installed on the spindle shaft and can rotate freely. There are locking pins on the spindle shaft to prevent the spindle from falling off.

The spindle shaft is uniformly distributed along the circumference of the winding disc with the same turning radius. When the winding disc is running at high speed, it ensures that the centrifugal force on each spindle tends to be consistent during winding, which is beneficial for tension control and speed improvement. The outer circumference of the winding disc is equipped with a safety cover to prevent accidents during operation.
