Rubber strainer exruder uses screw extrusion and conveying to remove impurities from natural rubber materials or recycled rubber.
Hot feed rubber strainer filter extruder machine is suitable for industries -- rubber hoses, rubber inner tubes, and rubber seals.
It mainly consists of screw, machine barrel, filter head, and transmission device.
The rubber filter head is equipped with an orifice plate and a filter screen. The orifice plate is used to support the filter screen and serves as a discharge port.
On the filter screen, there are holes along the direction of rubber material flow. The length to diameter ratio of the screw of hot feed rubber filter machine is generally around 5.

Double Cone Screw Feeding Rubber Strainer Filter
Double cone screw feeding rubber filter machine consists of two parts: conical twin-screw extrusion feeding part and rubber filter part.
The conical twin-screw extrusion feeding section mainly consists of two conical screws and two drums. It is mainly used for following rubber internal kneader mixer.
The rubber compounds mixed by rubber kneader is continuously extruded to the rollers through the two conical screws of this kind rubber filter extruder.
Rubber raw material here is continuously rolled and formed as per the set speed of the extruder machine. Thus the impurities are filtered out through the rubber filter machine.
