1. Hot Feed Rubber Extruder Usage
Rubber extruder is mainly used for shaping and extruding various shape rubber products, hot feed rubber extruder normally works after an open rubber mixing mill. such as tyre tread in tire production.
Hot feed rubber extruder can be used for shaping and extrusion of various shape rubber products such as rubber pipes, rubber rods, rubber sheets, rubber tyre tread.
Hot feed rubber extruder can also be used for Continuous coating of rubber wires, rubber cables, rubber hoses and other rubber extruding products.
The hot feeding rubber extruder requires that the rubber material fed must undergo heat refining, and the feeding should be uniform, stable, and at a constant speed, with the material temperature maintained at 50-70 ℃.
The screw of the hot feed rubber extruder is short, the thread groove is deep, the homogenization effect is average.
Normally hot feed rubber extruder is also used follow an open rubber mixing mill, which is for press rubber sheet.
2. Equipment composition
Hot feed rubber extruder is mainly composed of screws, barrel, feeding device, gearbox, mechanical (hydraulic) head, machine base, motor and electrical control system.
If necessary, a temperature control system can also be configured, and the motor can be a AC (or DC motor for choice) motor.
